During my free time, I develop Open Source software. These are some of my projects:
- Fe2Rss is a parser and RSS feed generator I built for the forums of my school.
- Clipboard LAN is a simple application to share clipboard content (text, bitmaps and files) over a network. It only takes a simple ASP.NET Server (IIS or Apache-Mono) to run a Web Service. It is designed for, but not restricted to, two people use.
- Hanoi is a .NET CF implementation of Towers of Hanoi. It has strong personalization schemes such as change columns order, count-down timing and some other options.
- Minix Clean RSS Feed is a almost-spam-free RSS from comp.os.minix usenet group in Google Groups for those ones who don’t have access to a nntp server and follow group activity by RSS feed. Source code is available on request.
- Minix 3 USB Stack is part of my 2008 Google Summer of Code project.
- EnigneGlob is a proof-of-concept tool to show how easily vulnerable BlogEngine-powered blogs are. This tool uses a security hole provided by BlogImport poor implementation in some versions its versions.
- MegaForos is a basic web forum full of common security bugs to explain XSS attacks, defacements, password storing and such issues related to web security.
- DotNetClub ClubSite-based Template. As part of my contribution to Microsoft Academics initiative, I worked on several improvements of the template we used for our DotNetClub sites. Now, I don’t work where the sources are (I’m a bit sorry for that), but you can see the results in http://granada.dotnetclubs.com/ and http://huelva.dotnetclubs.com/. Actually, I have neither relation with Microsoft nor DotNetClubs.
- Extended L-Systems Tracer. Lindenmeyer systems provide an useful way to express the evolution of certain types of patterns we can find in the nature. This project provides some elements which extend the L-System model and give it more power of expression.
Aside from that, I also help (in an extended sense) other projects such as:
- MyWebPagesStarterKit: The My Web Pages Starter Kit is a dynamic content management system (CMS). It is designed to meet the needs of computer enthusiasts who want to deploy and maintain their own website – and it is also easy to modify the look and feel or even change/extend the feature set.
I had some projects which I have not published yet. But give me some time to upload them to some place such as CodePlex or SourceForge.
